Anchor Point Architecture is a full-service architectural firm with deep roots in the tristate area and a history shaped by collaboration, expertise, and long-standing client relationships. Our story began in 1988, when Lee DiPrinzio founded a Real Estate Development and Feasibility company. Through strong partnerships with industry colleagues, this work quickly grew into the formation of an architecture practice.

In 1990, Eliseo C. DiPrinzio established E. DiPrinzio – Architect as a sole proprietorship, marking the official start of what would become Anchor Point Architecture. As project demands expanded, architect Frank N. Criniti joined the firm first on a part-time basis and soon after as a full-time project architect.

By late 1999, the practice fully evolved into Anchor Point Architecture, and in January 2000 the firm was formally incorporated, with Frank Criniti becoming a full partner alongside Eliseo DiPrinzio.

In 2024, the firm entered a new chapter as Robert Marlin, founder of RJM Architecture, LLC (established in 2017), merged his practice with APA. Rob now serves as a Principal of the firm, bringing additional leadership, experience, and a strong commitment to client-focused architectural services.

Anchor Point Architecture is now led by Robert Marlin, Eliseo C. DiPrinzio, and Frank N. Criniti, supported by an accomplished team offering comprehensive architectural design, engineering services, and field support. Together, we continue to uphold the values that have defined our practice since its founding: integrity, collaboration, and a dedication to delivering high-quality solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Today, after more than 36 years serving clients throughout the region, APA remains committed to delivering thoughtful design, responsive service, and well-coordinated technical expertise.
