Meet Rob
Rob is the Principal and Owner of Anchor Point Architecture, leading the firm following the merger of RJM Architecture and Anchor Point. Rob earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University in 2011 and brings over 20 years of experience across residential, multifamily, amenity, mixed-use, and commercial projects. A natural collaborator and mentor, Rob inspires his team to push creative boundaries while fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and accountability.
Rob’s expertise spans developer-driven work, project management, and construction management, ensuring every project is executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of design and quality. Passionate about creating spaces that balance functionality and design, Rob approaches each project with a focus on collaboration and thoughtful problem-solving. Currently licensed in ten states along the East Coast, Rob is committed to continuous learning and expanding his expertise, staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
Outside of the office, Rob is a devoted family man who values quality time with his loved ones. Rob enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring new destinations – though he prefers adventures that don’t require flying. Recently, he has taken up golf, adding a new way to challenge himself and enjoy the outdoors.

Meet Eliseo
Eliseo, better known as Lee, is a Senior Architect here at Anchor Point. He is a registered and licensed architect in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, & New York, and is also a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey. Lee earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology in 1983.
With strategic and hands-on expertise across all building types, Lee’s experience includes feasibility analysis, architectural detailing, project pricing, real estate development, and construction management. Lee has appeared before more than 100 planning and approval boards, and the Anchor Point team has successfully completed over 1,000 projects under his leadership. His portfolio spans corporate, manufacturing, and commercial work, as well as projects for religious institutions, public entities, and non-profit organizations, with clients including Colgate-Palmolive, Lockheed Martin, and Exxon Mobil.
Lee is most happy when spending time with his family, playing with his grandchildren, and fun days at the beach. He enjoys staying active, listening to music, and practicing meditation. In addition to his many architectural talents, Lee plays bocce in a competitive league and creates abstract artwork, which can be viewed on Instagram at @eliseo_sketches. He also enjoys photographing urban and natural environments. Lee lives by the mottos, “Positive energy conquers all” and “Always be kind”.

Meet Frank
Frank is a Senior Architect at Anchor Point Architecture, with decades of experience spanning residential, commercial, corporate, municipal, and industrial projects. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University in 1991 and began his architectural career while still in college. Frank is licensed in multiple states, bringing a broad and well-rounded perspective to every project.
Frank’s expertise includes specification writing, public bidding packages, and custom residential design, with over 400 homes designed throughout his career. His work also includes flood and wind-resistant design for coastal locations, architectural detailing, project management, and firm operations. Known for his organized and goal-driven approach, Frank values productivity, creativity, and continual learning in his daily work.
Outside of the office, Frank enjoys working out, rowing, boating, spending time at the shore with family and friends, playing guitar, and volunteering for the Gloucester Township Historical Society. A creative at heart, he also enjoys cooking, making wine, art, and music. Frank lives by the motto, “Work hard, play hard”, and believes that all design is about creating spaces specialized for the individuals who live and work in them.

Meet Ryan
Ryan is a licensed architect and project manager at Anchor Point Architecture, joining the firm through the merger of RJM Architecture and Anchor Point. He brings over 15 years of experience in the home building industry and specializes in the design and construction of residential architecture. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and is known for his thoughtful approach to projects and strong attention to detail.
Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and staying active. He approaches his professional life and personal life with the belief that anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Meet Sam
Samantha is a Project Manager and Designer with over 21 years experience in the architectural field. Samantha graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Architecture and has been a valued member of the Anchor Point team since 2007. Her years of service and dedication make her an integral member of the firm. Throughout her career, Samantha has developed extensive expertise in residential, coastal home, commercial, and industrial architecture, along with strong experience in project management, construction management, and interior design. She also brings comprehensive knowledge and expertise in code review across all project types.
In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with her family. She loves being at the beach, baking, and cheering on Philly sports teams.
Meet Antonio
Antonio is a Project Manager and Designer with over 16 years experience in architecture and more than a decade of hands-on construction experience. Antonio earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and brings a rare combination of design precision and real-world building knowledge to every project.
Antonio specialized in Revit 3D modeling and renderings for both interior and exterior spaces, as well as SCIF design, detailing, and documentation. His background extends beyond the drawing set – his construction experience includes tile and natural stone installation, plumbing, carpentry, fine woodworking, and custom furniture design and build. This practical foundation allows him to design with constructability, efficiency, and craftsmanship in mind. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, he bridges the gap between concept and execution.
Outside of work, Antonio can usually be found fueled by Wawa coffee, listening to all kinds of music, and enjoying a good snack. He is fluent in both Spanish and Italian. Most importantly, he values time spent with his wife and two daughters, proudly embracing life as a dedicated girl dad.

Meet Nick
Nick is our Senior Architectural Associate and joined the Anchor Point team through the merger with RJM Architecture. Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State’s College of Engineering and focuses on construction management and residential design. Nick’s background includes experience working for Walt Disney World and Toll Brothers, Inc. and he is currently working toward his licensure.
When he’s not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys staying active, cooking or trying new restaurants, and is always searching for the next great show to watch.

Meet Akshara
Akshara is the newest member of the Anchor Point team. She graduated from Syracuse University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Architecture and is a LEED Green Associate, bringing a strong foundation in sustainable design to the firm.
In her free time, Akshara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and discovering new foods and restaurants. She also enjoys drawing and painting, which fuels her creativity both inside and outside of the office.

Meet Melissa
Melissa is the Operations Manager at Anchor Point Architecture, joining the firm through the merger with RJM. She brings over 20 years of professional experience working in sales, marketing, and operations. Melissa earned her Administrative Assistant Certificate from The Cittone Institute in 2002 and began working with Rob in 2017, at the start of RJM Architecture LLC. Melissa and Rob have worked together to grow the firm into what it is today.
When she’s not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family (both human and furry), hiking, traveling, and taking on her next house project. A passion she takes seriously, Melissa also holds a diploma in Baking and Pastry from The Art Institute of Philadelphia and loves to bake special desserts and cakes. She lives by the motto, “Life is too short to be anything but happy – so take chances and never have regrets”.
